controlling the
financial aspects of academic processes (enrollment, activity fees, certificate
issuance, etc.). It also manages processes like receipt control, financing,
payment methods, refunds, debt, and integration with the university’s financial
system.
Manages scholarships offered by the university and
external entities. It
allows for the pre-registration, management, and awarding of scholarships to
students based on the
necessary eligibility criteria.
Student Activity
Includes the management of students' curricular and
extracurricular internships
during their academic career, as well as the management of job offers.

Alumni
Facilitates the connection of alumni with the
University through a network of contacts, events, course offerings, activities,
communications, etc. It manages memberships and benefits, allowing the
University to maintain its relationship with the academic community throughout
their professional life.
General
Provides the information requested by different
entities in each country according to the criteria and formats established by
them. Common objectives enable the comparability of universities within each
higher education system.
A large number of reports from all academic areas are
available to administrators, with export options to office tools, customizable
listings, and the creation of new reports from predefined lists. Other tools
like BI Publisher and Certifications are also used for creating and configuring
certificates and new reports.
Manages the sending of automatic emails (linked to
academic events) and manual emails: grades available, open records, resolved
validations, etc. A broad catalog of communication templates is available for
all management areas.
Through predefined dashboards and reports, a wide set
of indicators on admission, performance, success, dropout rates, graduation,
financing, available resources, etc., is provided to administrators and
governing teams. These indicators allow for the analysis of data trends over
time, aiding decision-making. The information can be exported to office tools.
Allows integration with any document management system
that complies with the CMIS standard. Facilitates the upload and consultation of
student documents related to any academic process (admission, enrollment,
financial settlement, mobility, etc.).
Infrastructure based on (micro)services/APIs that allow
the University to interact with the UXXI system.
